Domestic Shipping & International Shipping
We have a processing time of 4-6 business days BEFORE we ship an item. This does not include holidays nor weekends. We ask for this graciously in order to provide the utmost attention to each order. After the processing period, your items will ship as paid for.
Duties and taxes are NOT included in the total price at check out. Please note that you may incur additional fees on your packages upon entry into your country. These are completely out of our control and we are not responsible for. Please be aware of your country's regulations regarding taxation on imports from the United States.
Throughout your checkout process we offer both our local postal service (USPS) along with other international services like Fedex and DHL. When an international order is placed and USPS is selected as your shipping option, please note once the parcel leaves the United States it is then transferred to your governments postal service. This means the USPS no longer receives status changes like a private service (FedEx, UPS, DHL) would. Once your parcel has reached the country from where the order was made we will no longer be able to provide status changes or tracking information.
Please ensure your delivery address is correct and secure. We are not responsible for items not received due to an incorrect or an incomplete shipping address. Items marked undeliverable due to an incorrect shipping address will be reissued if and when they are received back and will incur a re-shipping fee.
Missing, Lost, & Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for any lost, missing, or stolen packages once the merchandise is given to the shipping vendor. We are unable to refund or replace stolen packages or any packages that have been confirmed as delivered.
We are able to provide insurance and signature confirmation at an additional charge. Please contact us prior to ordering.
In the case your package is missing, lost, or stolen you must contact the shipping vendor and file a claim. We do not do this on your behalf and we do not reimburse for missing, lost, or stolen packages. We will do our best to help, however we are not liable once the package is given to the shipping vendor.
Returns, Exchanges, & Repairs
I gladly accept returns and exchanges, but not on custom orders.

Ship items back within: 14 days of delivery. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I cannot accept returns for:

Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
All the products we create have gone through extensive testing and quality control. With that being said, please know that jewelry in general can be fragile, and should be handled with extra care. Please refer to our jewelry care tab for more information. If for any reason you are in need of a repair, we will assess the request on a case by case basis. There is a fee for repairs and will be disclosed upon assessment of the damage. It is up to the seller to decide on the repair fee based on materials and labor utilized. Buyer is responsible for return shipping of damaged goods.
